How to cancel a return?
Cancel the return by finding it in the CS Portal and clicking Cancel, which updates it to CANCELLED and restores the items to the original order.
From a consumer perspective: they should contact customer service, who can cancel the return order in the CS Portal.
How the process works for a CS agent:
- Use the CS Portal to search for the return order by client order ID or other fields.
- Once you find the correct return order, you will see a "Cancel" button either directly on the order details or on the tracking screen.
- Click the "Cancel" button. A confirmation pop-up will appear—confirm the cancellation.
- After confirmation, the status of the return order will change from “ACTIVE” to “CANCELLED.”
- The return label will no longer be available for reprinting, and the items from the return will be moved back to the original sales order parcel (but will still be linked to the cancelled RO for tracking).
- The consumer can now create a new return if needed, or the CS agent can assist with a new return process.
