How to create a voucher for a free return: To create a voucher for free returns, a Customer Service (CS) agent can use the CS Portal, where—if the feature is enabled for the client—a "Generate Voucher" button is available.

The agent clicks this button, selects the relevant client (if more than one is enabled), and the system generates a unique voucher code that can be sent to the consumer. This feature must be enabled in the admin configuration for both the CS Portal and ReBound 2.0. What to do if a voucher code is invalid: The voucher code has a status, the system will check it when the consumers tries o apply it in the return process. If the voucher is marked as "USED" or invalid, a clear error message will be shown (e.g., "voucher already used" or "voucher is invalid"). The consumer should ensure they are entering the code in uppercase and that the voucher is being used only once. If issues persist, the consumer can contact support and request a new voucher.
