Introduction to our Shopify integration

If you use Shopify, our plug-and-play integration can get you connected with ReBound within minutes.

Why use the ReBound-Shopify integration

To take advantage of ReBound's return management solutions, a data integration has to be established between your IT system and ours. This integration ensures that data is synced across the two systems. For instance, pushing order data from your side to ReBound or return data the other way around.

If you use Shopify as part of your IT system, our plug-and-play integration can automate some of these data flows. It acts as a bridge between your Shopify store(s) and the ReBound APIs.

It can be installed as a Shopify app within minutes, making complex and lengthy analysis and development for you no longer necessary.

What the integration does

Our Shopify integration automates some data flows between your Shopify store(s) and the ReBound APIs, namely:

  • Real-time fulfilled order sync. All orders that get fulfilled are synced to ReBound. This enables your consumers to find them in our returns portal (or in a returns portal powered by our APIs) and register a return for it.
  • Real-time return sync. As soon as a consumer registers a return in our system, a return and reverse delivery will be created back in your Shopify store (including the return tracking number). This applies to returns registered in any portal powered by our APIs. In other words, we can support this with your own returns portal, if needed.
